Milk supply
I have been pumping however seems that right boob yields more milk than left one. sometimes no milk came out at all from the left boob. Anyone has experience this b4? what should i do?
My left boobs produce a lot more than my right one as well. The max i get is about 60-70ml for right one while the left one can go about 160ml, depends. I guess might be due to inverted nipple. I think it is normal, just that when it is clogged duct, it’s gonna be very pain.
Could there be blocked ducts on the left? Try to massage to clear any blockage. If whole boob is soft and no blocked ducts, then use hot compress to get milk flowing.
yes i did... stress was the major impediment to my bf supply... try to stay positive as much as possible 💪 keep it up & all the best 💕
Try to pump while you nurse your baby on your right side. Mine work when i do that! Or hand express
u can try taking legendairy milk’s lechita/lactivist, it helped my friend alot!
massage before pump, keep hydrated and rest well.. works for me
