Suffocation and Uneasiness

I have been experiencing suffocation and uneasiness for the past 2 weeks. My bp is fluctuating on the lower sides and heart is beating rapidly. My doctors says that it is nothing to worry but i am unable to sleep because of this uneasiness. Kindly guide.
