I am in my 38th week of pregnancy with no sign of labour or baby dropping. Before conceiving I had multiple intramural and submucosal uterine fibroids. What are the risks associated with and chances of normal delivery?

Suffocation and Uneasiness

I have been experiencing suffocation and uneasiness for the past 2 weeks. My bp is fluctuating on the lower sides and heart is beating rapidly. My doctors says that it is nothing to worry but i am unable to sleep because of this uneasiness. Kindly guide.

suffocation during 20th week
