Am I pregnant?

I have been experiencing pregnancy symptoms. And yesterday was supposed to be my menses date but I didn't get it. Am I pregnant? Today morning I went to the toilet to pee and noticed light pink stains on my panty liner and after peeing when I wipe I saw some blood stains on the tissue. Do I need to take pregnancy test?
