Breastfeeding

Stop breastfeeding

I have been exclusively breastfeed my boy and he is going to be 9 months old. My supply drops. As a full time working mum, I need to schedule 2 pumping sessions despite having busy working schedule. Lately, I have thought to intentionally reduce my supply by reducing pumping and subsequently stop breastfeeding. I am having mixed feelings right now. When do you stop breastfeeding? Do you have mixed feelings like me too? If yes, how do you overcome it? #breastfeeding #stopbreastfeeding

I will naturally let the baby wean off from breastfeeding. I stop at 14 months due to low supply and baby was on bottle feed formula. Previously working in hotel industry so I will pump when I feel the need and during break time will take a bit longer to pump. My cousin who was previously a nurse advice even if your supply gonna reduce pump till you feel none is left should your supply reduce. This is to avoid lumps in your breast area.
