Almost constant bloating and dull cramp

I have almost constant dull cramp and a bloated stomach since I found out I was expecting, and I am still in my first trimester. I probably only feel totally normal 30% of the whole day. There is no increase in intensity of the cramps though. Can someone tell me if this is a serious problem? 😥
