Almost constant bloating and dull cramp

I have almost constant dull cramp and a bloated stomach since I found out I was expecting, and I am still in my first trimester. I probably only feel totally normal 30% of the whole day. There is no increase in intensity of the cramps though. Can someone tell me if this is a serious problem? 😥

Have some warm drink and rest well. Hope everything goes well for you! If it gets unbearable, best is to go consult your gynae. Trust your own instint and wishing you a smooth pregnancy jouney! ❤️

i have it too! doc said it's normal, could be uterus expanding and intestines and all are shifting. i feel it more when I'm hungry and like i get more bloated and uncomfortable.

if the cramp continues to get severe do consult your gynae! have you went for your first vaginal ultrasound to check if baby is doin ok?

Sometimes cramp can be due to your uterus growing. Bloating is normal as well 😊all the best
