Anyone here experienced this before?

I have 2 kids. A 3 yr old and a 10 mth old. My mensus is pretty regular. I had my mensus last week. It's not that heavy, lasted for like 5 days. And it has stopped for 3 days. But during and since the mensus, i had pretty bad nausea with vomiting. Nausea is pretty bad today that i dont have any appetite to eat. And i had some spotting. Anyone experienced this and actually is pregnant? I hope im not for now.
