unfortunate 1st pregnancy

I had a miscarriage at week 7 when the doc said the sac was empty and there's no baby inside. Now I'm preg again in week 6 but very worried that history would repeat. Anyone had a similar encounter and is now successfully preg/ had the same encounter twice?

I have never experience this before.. But my colleague did. She manage to get pregnant the 2nd time.. Stay positive and don't worry so much. All the best!
