Need advise po: FOCAL ADENOMYOSIS WITH ADENOMYOMA

I had finished my ultrasound. My baby is now 7 weeks, with good heartbeat. But there is another item that they saw and it is what they call FOCAL ADENOMYOSIS WITH ADENOMYOMA. Anyone na may ganito case? Maliit pa naman ung sa akin and the doctor said na hindi pa worrysome. Pero palagi nasakit ang puson ko.

alam ko sinasabay na operation nyan pag nanganak ka.. tnx God kasi may baby na kasabay.. lam ko kasi sa myoma tinatanggal matris coz if not babalik balik lng sya.
