CAS result, low lying palcenta.

I had my CAS awhile ago. I am very happy with the overall result. My baby is totally healthy and everything is normal. The only thing that worries me, sabi ng Ob-sonographer medyo mababa ang placenta ko at 2.60cm from OS, and she asked me kung di daw ba ako nagbibleed. Fortunately, wala naman bleeding. Though sabi naman nya tataas pa daw to. Anything that I can do para tumaas ang placenta ko? Thank you.
