I just got my IUD inserted and it was my first ever birth control measure despite me appealing for ligation but doctor doesn't want to approve. I read in internet that IUD will still get pregnant even though it has 98% chance of prevention. How about in Singapore, is the IUD working good for most mummies? I really hoped I do not have to go through unwanted pregnancies...

hi Dear i had my IUD inserted after my 1st and 2nd child as i wanted enough.time gap between 2.kids. But do take note when u r ready to.get preggy and decided to remove the IUD its not that u will get preggy right away. it can take long long time for u to get preggy. after 1st child when i removed.the iud i got preggy again after abt 7months. 2nd preggy it took abt 1year..
