panadol extra

I got 1 question. During the pregnancy if i got a terrible headache can i consume panadol extra? does it affect anything to my 10 weeks baby?

My doctor not advise to take panadol extra due to other medicine contains in it might not be suitable for pregnant woman. Safe to use normal panadol.
