I fully breastfeed my LO for 5+months. Just happened this 2 weeks my LO's stool become watery, less substances and watery, got mucus and fishy smell, stool color is green and sometimes is brown. Keep waking up during night every 2 hours for milk. Should I bring her visit doctor? If she got infection? Diarrhea? P/S: Sorry for posting this pic early in the morning

You're most welcome! :) If it's yellow or dark yellow, it should be normal. Take a look at this post. The post included photos which you can compare your baby's stools to: http://www.babycentre.co.uk/baby-poo-photos Typically, diarrhea would last for 5-7 days. If your baby's stools are more or less back to normal (yellowish), that is normal for a breastfed baby. :) Hope this helps!
