I don't think it is normal. How is your baby behaving? Is she having any fever or were there other symptoms/physical discomfort that you have noticed?
Have asked around and none of my friends have experienced this (not for such prolonged period at least).
Most articles (like this one: http://www.webmd.com/parenting/baby/features/truth-about-baby-poop?page=3) recommend a trip to the doctor if notice that your baby is having green, mucus-like stools.
It is best to bring her to see a pediatrician.
