i am a full time working mother breastfeeding my child ( 4 months) in mornings and evenings. in the day time he drinks my previously expressed milk. we are planning a short weekend getaway. how do i manage feeds without affecting my supply. do i carry frozen milk along?

It would be ideal if u can latch him directly . It is so convenient. There is no need to bring frozen breast milk.
