i am a full time working mother breastfeeding my child ( 4 months) in mornings and evenings. in the day time he drinks my previously expressed milk. we are planning a short weekend getaway. how do i manage feeds without affecting my supply. do i carry frozen milk along?

For me if I were to go on a get away, I would latch baby directly. It maybe more of a hassle if we are not in the comfort of our own home or surroundings. Otherwise you may want to consider storing up the frozen milk beforehand if you are concerned that your supply maybe affected. Not sure if that answers your question. Hope it does.
