Lower back ache

Hi, I am FTM. I am in my 32 weeks pregnancy. Recently having back lower ache that hurts like I sprained my back. Is it normal? Any advice what can I do to relive the pain?

Low back pain is common. I would recommend prenatal massage and to sleep on your side but with a pillow in between your legs
