congrats! 1st appt usually is earliest week 6, some week 8.. 1) decide which hospital you want, private or public; 2) then, research on which gynae you want.. Meantime get folic acid from guardian or prenatal supplements whilst waiting for your 1st appt.. and ensure that all your food are fully cooked.
