Pregnancy

W5 Pregnant. No more morning sickness.

hi i just found out i was pregnant on the test kit and based on the period tracking app, i am week 5 day 6 pregnant. i have yet to see a doctor to confirm the pregnancy but since then my morning sickness has gone. i had morning sickness about two weeks before i found out i was positive. should i be worried i’m not having much symptoms other than feeling extra hungry and more tired? it’s my first pregnancy and i’m super worried and nervous. #pleasehelp #advicepls
