if u can wfh and work is rather flexible, take naps. otherwise short naps during lunch is also good. try not to eat sugary and junk food as that will cause a greater sugar crash and will feel even more tired after that
I personally think it doesnโt work for me. I still feel tired all the time ๐ญ Maybe you can try taking nap for awhile after having lunch (if there is enough time) or sleep earlier.
I drank chicken essence that time, not sure if placebo or helped but sometimes canโt be helped still very tired!
I quit my govt job after the first trimester! getting husband's support is the best๐ช๐ผ
