Clomid acne

I am on first cycle of clomid and I noticed my body heats up now and then. And not realising acne started breaking out around lip and Chin and now a lot more on forehead. I hope it’s the medicine working. Has anyone been on clomid and success after how many rounds? I just want to adjust my expectations.
