Week 20, anterior placenta

I just felt my baby flutters at the start of the week. And it got more in the past 2 days. But I went for my 20 week ultrasound and found out the location of my placenta, the day of my doctor visit my baby was not moving as much compared to the previous days but baby was healthy and doing really well in my womb. With the anterior position, does it mean its hard for me to feel my baby? How do I know if the baby is safe if i cant really feel?

erm anterior placenta means you can feel more on the inside. trust and have faith. i’m sure there are slight movements from time to time
