I am feeling very unwell, with bad migraine, no appetite, unable to keep food and water down plus feeling extremely queasy the whole of 20hrs. Currently 15wks pregnant and first time mom. Was wondering if it is recommended for me to go to the hospital A&E? Im afraid im just blowing smth out of proportion. Or shld i just go see a GP?
