I am feeling unwell like giddiness and wanting to vomit. I intend to take panadol. Should I discard my BM in this case ? I

Don't need to if the Panadol is the sort that only contain paracetamol. These Panadols in the image are ok to take when breastfeeding. In future, key the medication name into LactMed phone app or website to check if it's safe to take when breastfeeding.
