Hi anyone feels back and thigh pain during 1st trimester? Is it normal?

I feel like back and upper thigh pain during this my 7 week is it normal?

Yes it is totally normal. When later part you 2nd tri, you can use maternity pillow or cushion when resting and maternity belt when you doing chores or going out. Do some light stretching to ease back pain and maintain good posture.
