7 month feeding schedule

i feed my baby 3-4 hourly milk 150ml , and 1 bowl of rice cereal early morning. is it too little or too much? how should i feed? #advicepls #firsttimemom #pleasehelp

Busy mom of an angel

Hello mommy as your baby is already 7 months old you can try giving her solids twice a day. Try giving her half banana or half avocado mashed or steamed apple/pear puree in the evening. Slowly your baby has to transition to meal based food instead of milk based food as suggested by my PD.
