How to put baby in baby carrier? FTM here

I face issues putting my LO of 1 month into fabric carrier and the strap type carrier. Did anyone face this before? Am I putting my baby into carriers too early? So afraid of hurting her and very hot struggling with baby and the carrier haha

Hello! If you search on YouTube or tiktok you'll likely find tutorials to follow!! Though my personal opinion is that all the guidelines for ages are usually the bare minimum so I try to wait a little longer. Didn't put my baby in carrier until about 2 months, and now he is 7 months I haven't even turn him to front facing yet. Affects hip development!!
