seek professional help if postpartum depression may gamot and para properly madiagnose ka sis.. inform mo din husband mo. PPD can lead to postpartum psychosis if mapabayaan and Pwede mo masaktan Ang anak mo and you can assume the worst pag nag dirediretso. clear your mind and basa basa ka rin momsh.. bka postpartum blues lng. open up para sa support
