Work dispute

I am experiencing difficulties in my work environment, which greatly diminishes my motivation to persevere until my maternity leave. What should I do ? T.T

If you can ask to wfh, it might help reduce tension at work. Also, you can try to ask for hospitalisation leave and get earlier rest at home. Hope it helps. But try your best to tolerate it though. We left a few months to our little one.

thank you for the suggestion. the real issue is the reporting officer who is making my working life more challenging.
