Bleeding on 13 week pregnancy

I just experienced heavy bleeding yesterday night before falling asleep. Went to the hospital to check but doc could not find the source of bleeding and today it seems to have stopped. Is this normal? First time being pregnant and being an overthinker definitely does not help.

If it stopped bleeding then it should be okay! Just continue to monitor yourself, make sure there’s no more bleeding and/or unbearable pain. Try to rest on bed more as well! Avoid carrying heavy things, doing house chores etc. If you spot any abnormal condition, go to the gynae straight away.

did you experience having brown discharge after the bleeding stopped?

Yes i did.. but it only appears sometimes.. went to check with gynae on 31 Dec and baby seems to be normal. Could not find source of bleeding or etc
