school subsidies

I enrolled my girl into toddler class this year may 2019. Applied for both working mom & additional subsidies. The application dragged for 2mths and finally approve Wef 1st July. Do I still get the refund for the past 2mths additional as I paid full? Let me rant a little.. I settled the application myself, the school do no shit. Principal n admin pushing the blames to each other and then to ECDA. 0 calls from them to follow up on the application. Ridiculously rude to parents, admin probably has 0 knowledge. Everyt also don't know. ?

Maybe you can try to write in/ send email to ECDA. Also, keep chasing the school. Send an email to them, if they no reply to you, at least you have evidence that you did something but just no action from them. Must keep chasing them if not no refund for this 1st two months. Wasted .... Last time, I basically keep chasing them every 2weeks...
