Low placenta meaning?

I did 2nd time ultrasound scanning today and got the result. gynae said mostly everything is doing quite ok, but I have low placenta. My gyane said it is just starting pregnancy scanning and will need to do a few more upcoming to see how got the risk and need c-section What should I prepare for this low placenta risk? How do I get to become a normal placenta for my delivery? I am in week 21 ,Edd in may 2025. I am feeling worried and scared ,I don't want to lost my baby 😢

don't worry, I had low placenta for my both child births. but it automatically went up at about 28 weeks. gynae say usually placenta will go up at around 28 to 30 weeks. when have low placenta, may have risk of bleeding/spotting. so don't do much strenuous stuff and no penetration into vagina. everything will be fine!

Normal. Cause still early, itll gradually move up as baby grows. Mine was like this too. By 28w should be up already. Mine also my gynae didnt say anything abnormal she say its normal cause sac still not so big
