I am currently on exclusive breastfeeding for my 1 month old child. When is the ideal time to start storing breast milk? Is it ok to use bottles to feed my baby? Ive been hearing about nipple confusion and cupping is an encouraged alternative, which i think is quite early for a 1 month old child. Any suggestions? Thanks!

You may try storage bottles first. If you think they're not enough, then that's when you can get disposables. Some people use trays too. My baby was fed through the bottle because i used to work then in the office and she would latch at night. Luckily, we didn't experience any nipple confusion
