Fear of Childbirth

Hi! I am currently 39 weeks pregnant and anytime pwede na ako manganak. But sometimes, natutulala nalang ako kasi nagooverthink ako na baka hindi ko kayanin ang panganganak. However, I am really determined to go for natural delivery lang. Any advice po?

I feel you, Momsh. Im a first time mom and i worry if kakainin ko ba. Nag bibilin nako sa asawa ko hehehe Pero non-stop dasal lang tayo. Kakayanin dapat.
