Unable to consume meat

I am currently 14weeks pregnant and haven’t been eating meat, each time I tried eating, I always ended up vomiting it out. Same goes for milk and fish, was thinking to buy protein powder to consume, not sure if it is safe? Thank you! #advicepls

how about other protein sources like tofu, cheese, yoghurt, eggs, beans, lentils?
