Diet in first tri

I am concerned about my diet as I am so nauseous that I only can eat plain noodle or super fried food like fries or fried bee hoon... Worried for fetal development as I feel I have not enough nutrients? Also starting to hate drinking water that I feel immunity is low... Any advice? #1stimemom #advicepls
