you can try to pump several min bf diect latch to make your nipple come out, also you can try nipple shield , but suggest you use ardo nipple shield , cos the material is more like mummy's real nipple , pigeon is too hard
nowadays i bf without the puller too.. I position ur baby's mouth to the areola area, and my son manages to latch and feed from there..
i have inverted nipples too and i use a nipple aspirator puller to pull it out and bf baby..
