Pantang - Superstition - Can my LO visit another newborn

Hi Js, if your baby is only 2 months old I would say try to restrict his/her travel and movement for few more months especially in the present situation when everyone is down with flu and covid numbers slightly high. We must remember that these newborns don't have vaccine yet. Also I have heard of this superstitious belief in our tradition as well that a baby below one year old must not visit another baby less than a year old.

Although there’s nothing wrong with it, I wouldn’t. Compared to superstitions, I rather safety. I would wait till their newborn completes at least their first month vaccination first. I personally only allowed people to start visiting my newborn after her vaccination as well because even so, their immunity is not strong enough yet. However, you do you. This is solely just my POV ☺️.
