hello! well im not someone with a lot of experience in resolving this yet but i do have experience with the nausea almost 24/7.. here's what might help you: > don't think or force yourself to eat, try really just drinking warm beverages or even sweet beverages here and there. based on the advice other mummies have given me, the most common ones are lemon water, milo, and 100 plus. > i know it starts getting worse at night, try to not eat too much before sleeping and sleep elevated so that it helps prevent acid reflux (if any). > folic acid & multivitamins from doctor is important! i hope this helps💓
I went through the same thing. Even 2 weeks after i gave birth, i still puked. All i did was nothing. Just avoid consuming foods or drinks that makes you puke. Other than that, i eat and drink as per normal and still puke. 😂
