Hi i be3n scratching my body due to heat im now 23weeks is this common as never feel this symptom before

Hi, This can happen due to dry skin during pregnancy plus current weather which is so hot. Apply moisturiser frequently and specially before going to bed
Cant stop e itchiness even after apply some lotion or cream for itchy
