Can i ask where to go for primary school information for foreigners? Cause my kids is dependant pass but not Pr or citizen

For local school its difficult to get in . As most of my students are international students and parents are unable to send their child to local school as there are too many foreigner applying for it. And they told me its really difficult to get in . You will be place at phase 3 in the ballot and have low chance. And it also depend your location , many live in west such as bukit timah , hillview etc are hard to get in as its to challenging . Perhaps you can also check it out from MOE website for more details.
