Usually ay daily pa rin naman, same as nung pre-pregnancy ko. Only, black yung stool ko dahil sa vitamins. Daily may veggies and/ or fruits, average of 2.5L water. In case na 1-2 days nang walang poops, I drink yakult (2 bottles) and/ or coffee.
