Delayed menstruation after CS

Hello can I ask anyone po if nakaexperience na po ng ganito or me kakilala na same situation? Kasi po I gave birth (first baby) via CS May 2024, then July ng bleed ako 3 times pero sa mgkakaibang araw at week po bale isa araw ngkaron then ngsstop. Then ung first continuous menstruation flow ay September and those got heavy 3 days bleeding and some 4 days of light na bleeding so normal na un na menstruation ko po since 7 days tlga ang mens ko everytime. Dati nung di pa po ako nagbuntis 28 days ang menstrual cycle ko and ngaun binibilang ko po inaabot na ngaun ng mga 42-45 days bago magkaron. Then by this January 7 days pa dn pero di ganun ka heavy unlike those first months. Ang problem ko po ngaun ay dapat kung 40s na ang cycle ko dapat March 2 ay ngstart na ang mens ko since last January 17-23 pa last mens ko. I took pregnancy test kasi bka buntis na nmn pero negative naman po. Please if anyone can educate me po. Takot ako ksi first time mom po ako and ngaun lang din ako nade2lay s menstruation since regular po cycle ko mula High school days. Thank you so much po. 🙏
