1. Use opk & bbt to track ovulation 2. Take folic acid consistently without skip 3. Bd on fertile days - every other day 4. Do not clean up right after bd, wait for several minutes with both legs upwards 5. Eat healthy diet and exercise regularly Hope it works! 🥰
