Lower abdominal cramp

I am almost 4 weeks pregnant. There’s some lower abdominal cramp. Kind of PMS Is that normal? 😣

yes. i also had during my first few months but without bleeding or spotting. the pain is manageable and goes away after few seconds. its like something punching inside you lol.
