Help

I accidently step on my long pants and i fall staircase landed on my 2 knees. Impact hard but not that hard. I in my 21 weeks should i go doctor asap?

My appointment will be next week.. But my husband bring me to A&E just to check on me and my unborns.. The gynae say my unborns are fine.. There 2 heartbeats, active and happy. But she mention if any severe cramp or bleeding/discharge just come back to A&E.. I was so glad that nothing happened to them..
