Gastric flu

I am 9 weeks pregnant and I think I have gotten the gastric flu bug from my child. Is there any way to recover on my own or I have to see a doctor? Thank you in advance

yes it will recover on its own, but will take longer. medication given by the doctor will speed up your recovery.
