Is flu going to hurt my baby?

Hi, first time pregnancy at about week 9. I am running a flu right now.. will it harm my baby? Do I need to see a doctor straight?

No don’t worry at all! Just get enough sleep and drink heaps of water. I caught a flu and have terrible sore throats when i was pregnant. If you don’t mind taking medicine, your doctor can prescribe flu medicine to you, it won’t harm your baby.
