5 weeks PP and exclusively pumping but breast and nipple always feel sore and tender

Hi, i am 5 weeks postpartum and exclusively pumping.. is it normal for breasts and nipples to always feel sore and tender 24/7 even after draining the breasts cleanly? Flange size is correct per recommended by LC and pump suction is comfortable..
